Deep Linking with Multiple Accounts

Users with multiple AdvicePay accounts are now automatically switched to the correct log-in when using a deep link.

Deep Link Parameter for Billing Dates

API users can now deep link into an engagement creation flow with either arrears or advance billing pre-selected.

Deep Link Parameter Protection

Deep link parameters now have added protection to ensure that any info pre-filled via deep link cannot be edited in the UI by the end user.

View Default Payment Method Type

Advisors can now view, filter, and export their clients' default payment method type (ACH, credit card, null) in the Client table.

Default Payment Method Prompt

When adding a new payment method, clients are now prompted with the option to assign it as their default.

Fee Calculator Updates

We've made the fee calculator easier to use and prevented advisors from manually changing an invoice total if a fee calculator has been used.

Expanded Invoices Report

We've added more data points to the invoices report to streamline the bookkeeping and accounting process for firms.

Editing Unpaid Invoices

When editing an unpaid invoice or inactive subscription, advisors are reminded that associated documents will be recreated to ensure that any auto-fill fields are updated.

Canceled Subscriptions

Canceling a subscription now also cancels any pending invoice approvals to prevent confusion.

Improved Error Messages

We've updated tons of error messages to be more descriptive and helpful for troubleshooting.

Check Override Warning

Advisors using Mobile Check Deposit now see a reminder that a check override should only be used in the event that the scanner misreads the check amount.

New adminID API Field

Admin users now have an external ID property (adminID), allowing firms to associate a unique ID from another system – like a CRM – in the AdvicePay database.

API Object Relationships

Understand advisor relationships with fewer API calls. Advisor information is now included in the Clients and Admins endpoints.

New API Attribute for Engagement Summary

API users can now see the creation date for the primary agreement (primaryAgreementCreatedAt) as a value returned in the Engagement Summary.
